Racism, Hairism on Dallas Thanksgiving Game

So as I sat on the couch Thanksgiving night, drowning out the annoying relatives, I had no choice but to pretend I was watching Television. Of course after a long day's hard work for the Women slaving all day they get rewarded with what? Watching Football while the ungrateful family is not at the dinner table but huddled around the TV. She got to start her day at 6am, maybe earlier while the fatty husbands and brother in-laws slept in and enjoyed their day off. Instead of helping wifey they sit with their hands in their pants and sipping beer, getting drunk while they wait for the first football game of the day to turn on. Or perhaps he ditched you to do some much needed Deer Hunting. Because even though he hates the taste of venison he just wouldn't be a man if he didn't "get a deer this year".

So the game is on and you don't want to start trouble. You remain quiet and pretend to watch. Only it's half-time. The Dallas Cheerleaders are on.....great. You notice MOST of them are broom-headed blonds. (I refer to them as broom-heads because that is what their hair looks/feels like) Dry and horse like from overprocessing. You notice the camera guy NOT focus on Daughtry, the band that was performing, but only the cheerleaders which are dancing too fast to such a slow sad song. The camera man flows slowly one by one down the front row. Blond, Blond, Blond, Blond, I see a gorgeous African American woman coming up and I want to see her face as well, seeing as the camera man was so gracious to put us in the presence of persistent close ups of the Yellow haired Angels.. as the camera graces past the last blond and you see the Brunette hair and ebony skin come into view the camera quickly pulls back and turns fully onto the blond that was standing next to her. He does a scan of her body and then continues to pull backwards going back down the line of blonds you've already seen again.

I, at first though..."hmmmf, that's weird". But didn't expect it to happen again. But it did. Again, ...and again....and again. Constantly with any African American Woman. At one point the camera man must have took a bathroom break because the camera was on one blond for a full minute. Not the band.. not any fans, ......just that one blond. I immediately nudged my boyfriend and said "look at this?! they won't show Black women or Brunettes...just Blond white women!".. just when he finally looks the camera man (or perhaps a different one) pans down the back row of cheerleaders... all the way to the left and there is a Caucasian Brunette dancing. Light skin, bright blue eyes, dark shiny wavy hair (She reminded me of Megan Fox).. as soon as the camera got a glimpse of her shoulder with the dark hair against it, it automatically starting panning the other way...then suddenly it zoomed in on her face for a millisecond and then cut back to the blond we were stuck on moments earlier (again). I really saw it this time...I saw the Racism..and the Hairism. Caught! As the cheerleaders departed the field...the camera man once again blessed us females with an ass shot of the squad. As they formed a line and walked past the camera it was blond, blond, blond, blond, blond, oh i see dark hair coming, the camera then turned around and followed the blond (that was in front of the upcoming Megan Fox) until she was out of sight and then the football game restarted.

WHAT THE FUCK?!

Screw it ladies...no longer should we be nice about a guy that has thinning hair or is bald. If sexy styled Dark hair is your thing let it be heard and be a fuckin' shallow bitch about it. Welcome men into OUR world. A world YOU created. But wanted NO consequences!
